What is XERF?
XERF is a structural skin tightening treatment using multifrequency monopolar radiofrequency (RF) energy, combining 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz frequencies in one device. It requires no numbing, no needles, and no downtime, while delivering energy into the skin's shallow, middle, and deep layers.

Is there downtime?
For most people, no. Most patients return to normal activities right away. Mild redness and swelling may appear after treatment and can last up to 1–3 days.
Will it hurt without numbing cream?
XERF's cooling technology is what allows it to skip numbing. Most clients describe it as a warm, tolerable sensation rather than pain.
How is it different from RF microneedling?
XERF delivers RF energy through the surface of the skin with no needles at all. RF microneedling combines RF energy with actual needle punctures.
Is it the same as a surgical result?
No. Results are a non-surgical improvement in firmness, not a facelift-equivalent change.
